- Designs program structure and flow specifications.
- Designs report and screen formats from general information content specifications.
- Writes new programs, enhancements and modifications to complex.
- Develops and maintains technical documentation for supporting applications.
- Answer, screen, route telephone calls, and responds to service requests.
- Perform advanced operating system functions.
- Perform software configuration.
- Perform advanced security functions under the supervision of the Sr. Systems Analyst.
- Submit weekly report of service request/work order progress.

- Adheres to an off-hours stand-by or on-call status as required.

Develop and articulate the overall focus and concept for the County’s home page, in keeping with departmental priorities and objectives.
This includes:
- Develop, research, lay out, write/edit new sections/features for the county website.
- Search and review links for new categories.
- Determine placement of all new information submitted by program areas.
- Monitor chats and Webmaster mail to identify topics that might be fitting for new sections of the homepage and trends or items that could be of interest to the county.
- Proof/edit new sections of the Website
- Review requests from other Webmasters to link to their sites.
- Meet with staff to address and resolve technical problems, and discuss new directions and technology.
- Work with the County to develop training on and through the Internet.

- Meet weekly to discuss service task status, and job progress.
- Receive and sort mail.
- Receive and inventory packages and supplies.
- Tag and data entry computer equipment.
- Review invoices and prepare for payment approval.
- Maintain time and attendance records as required by Cameron County policy and departmental Procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Computer Center Supervisor and/or Director of Administrative Services.
