Fixed Assets

The Fixed Assets Department is a component of the Cameron County Auditor's Office. It is chartered to ensure that County funded fixed assets in use throughout the county departments are properly accounted for. The Fixed Assets Department is located on the third floor of the Dancy Building.

Mission:
To account for and track through the use of a centralized fixed assets management system, all assets meeting the criteria of a fixed asset from the date of acquisition until they have been properly processed through the central equipment pool for disposal.
