Programming/Development

Programming/Development performs moderate level functional systems design specifications from User defined system goals and objectives. Develops advanced program code from file and data field processing requirements. Provides training and assistance to entry level Programming positions.

This includes:

1. Designs program structure and flow specifications.
2. Designs report and screen formats from general information content specifications.
3. Writes new programs, enhancements and modifications to complex.
4. Develops and maintains technical documentation for supporting applications.
5. Answer, screen, route telephone calls, and responds to service requests.
6. Perform advanced operating system functions.
7. Perform software configuration.
8. Perform advanced security functions under the supervision of the Sr. Systems Analyst.
9. Submit weekly report of service request/work order progress.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. System Analyst.
